Acceptance Ministries

You Are Welcome!

This site is for those who have disabilities and those around them.  God has a purpose for everyone.

The complete text of our theme verses in the Easy Read Version reads:

I begged the Lord three times to take this problem away from me. But the Lord said, “My 1grace
is all you need. Only when you are weak can everything be done completely by my power.” So I will gladly boast about my weaknesses. Then Christ’s power can stay in me. (2 Cor. 12:8-9 ERV)

It is amazing what God can do with our weaknesses.

Nothing is ever wasted with God.

_______
1grace
The love and kindness that God shows in his complete willingness to give people favors he does not owe them and blessings they don’t deserve.

Our Logo Tells a Story

The logo pictures a circle of nine people like the spokes of a wheel. They are holding hands and their feet are almost touching a cross in the center. Jesus is in white at the top of the circle. Everyone else is a black silhouette. To Jesus’ left is a girl with a helper (service) dog. Next are two boys, one of which is missing a leg and on crutches. Next is a woman, then a man on crutches, another woman, a man in a wheelchair and finally another male figure. Arching over the top of the circle are the words "Acceptance Ministries."

Acceptance Ministries wants to help you and everyone else  know that Jesus loves you and wants to be at the top of your circle of friends.
